Our 2025 Sustainability Report documents the Group’s key achievements, actions, and initiatives in the areas of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). It provides transparency regarding our activities and demonstrates how we actively contribute to sustainable and responsible growth.
In doing so, we combine more than 60 years of experience and technological expertise in hydraulic filtration with a clear vision for the future. Innovation, efficient resource management, and long-term value creation are at the heart of our commitment to sustainable business development.
Environmental Sustainability
Energy Efficiency and Responsible Resource Management
Reducing our environmental impact and managing natural resources responsibly are key elements of MP Filtri’s sustainability strategy.
In 2025, 47% of the electricity purchased by the Group came from renewable energy sources. In addition, our photovoltaic systems generated a total of 457.3 MWh of electricity, making a significant contribution to the sustainable energy supply of our facilities.
We also achieved important results in the field of the circular economy: 68.3% of the waste generated was directed towards recycling or reuse. This demonstrates our commitment to using resources efficiently and promoting sustainable material recovery and circularity.
Targeted investments in modern production equipment, innovative technologies, and systems for monitoring energy consumption and emissions help us continuously improve our environmental performance.
Our products also contribute to resource conservation: through high-performance hydraulic filtration and contamination monitoring solutions, we help extend the service life of hydraulic fluids and system components, optimise maintenance operations, and reduce waste generation.
People at the Heart of Our Business
People at the Heart of Sustainable Business Development
Our employees are the foundation of our success. For MP Filtri, sustainability also means investing in people, creating a safe and respectful working environment, and promoting opportunities for personal and professional development.
In 2025, the MP Filtri Group employed 436 people worldwide, approximately 95% of whom held permanent employment contracts. These figures underline our commitment to providing long-term employment opportunities and a stable working environment.
Particular attention is given to continuous training and the development of our employees’ skills. In 2025, a total of 2,677 hours of training were delivered at the company’s headquarters alone, covering occupational health and safety, technical expertise, and professional development.
Another significant milestone was MP Filtri S.p.A. obtaining gender equality certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022. This certification confirms our commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion, as well as fostering a workplace culture based on mutual respect and appreciation.
Furthermore, employee welfare programmes and initiatives supporting local communities contribute to improving our employees’ wellbeing and strengthening the long-term relationship between our company and the communities in which we operate.
