ERP JUNIOR – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team IT/ERP e riportando all’IT/ERP Manager, sarà coinvolta in un percorso di formazione e crescita professionale volto a sviluppare competenze tecniche e funzionali su Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, con l’obiettivo di contribuire all’evoluzione del sistema ERP aziendale.


La risorsa si occuperà di:

Supportare il team IT/ERP nelle attività di sviluppo, personalizzazione e ottimizzazione delle funzionalità del sistema;
• Collaborare alla manutenzione e all’evoluzione della piattaforma Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Partecipare alla creazione e gestione di interfacce con altri sistemi aziendali;
• Contribuire alle attività di analisi, test, documentazione e rilascio di nuove funzionalità;
• Supportare la raccolta dei requisiti e l’analisi dei processi aziendali (produzione, supply chain, finance, logistica);
• Partecipare, in affiancamento, a progetti evolutivi e roll-out internazionali.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
• Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica, Economia o discipline affini (valutiamo anche neo-laureati);
• Interesse per i sistemi ERP e per la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali;
• Gradita conoscenza di base di SQL e di programmazione a oggetti (C#, .NET o equivalenti);
• Capacità analitiche, spirito collaborativo e propensione all’apprendimento continuo;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Orario di lavoro: full time da lunedì a venerdì con flessibilità oraria in entrata e uscita; smartworking.

    Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Technical Specialist who has worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and will collaborate in the management of ERP application projects the implementation, management, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure the system is configured to support their workflows.
    You will also play a key role in training employees on the use of the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support.

    • Analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application requirements, both internal and external.
    • Development, testing, and maintenance of application solutions.
    • Evolution and optimization of ERP systems.
    • Control and management of interfaces and data flows to/from other company systems.
    • Ensuring the correct functioning of business processes through the effective management of ERP systems.
    • Autonomous support to Headquarters and branch offices in the development of new application functionalities.
      Technical Requirements:
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Significant previous experience in object-oriented programming languages, particularly Microsoft Dot Net.
    • Solid experience in managing SQL Server DBMS.
    • Excellent knowledge of standard SQL and TSQL.
      The following will be considered a plus:
    • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems, preferably Power BI.
    • Experience with the Microsoft application platform (CRM, Power Automate, Synapse, Sharepoint, etc.).

    Soft Skills:

    • Thorough functional knowledge in the areas of Operation, Logistics, Production, and Master Planning.
    • Good understanding of ERP issues typical of a manufacturing company.
    • Ability to independently analyze business functional issues and propose solutions.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Problem-solving orientation and ability to manage critical issues.

      Description:

      We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 5+ years’ experience who has handled imports & exports and preferably from an Industrial background to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Executive responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. Ultimately, He or She will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
      • Handling Imports and Exports accounts
      • Oversee budget preparation and expense management to ensure financial viability.
      • Vendor Expenses bill booking & Payment entries posting
      • Purchase Invoice & Inward Goods Costing
      • Petty cash handling
      • GST & TDS workings & Reconciliation & return filing

The Area Sales Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans for the company’s products in the assigned territory. They should identify new business opportunities, promote products to potential customers and develop long-term client relationships prepare and deliver sales presentations, and report on sales activities to senior management. This position will report to AGM Sales or Managing Director of the company..
