MP Filtri’s Corporate Governance represents the company’s management and control system, aimed at creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
To achieve this goal, MP Filtri has adopted:
an Ethical Code, which defines the principles of conduct for the company and its stakeholders;
an Organisational and Management Model, which promotes awareness of the risks of misconduct and includes evaluation, control, and prevention procedures under the supervision of a Supervisory Body;
a Gender Equality Policy, which guides corporate actions towards promoting equal opportunities and implementing concrete measures at cultural and organisational levels.

In compliance with current legislation, MP FIltri provides the ability to report any unlawful conduct that comes to your attention, introducing rules to protect those who report it.
