A major investment in state-of-the-art research and development technology has seen MP Filtri deliver test equipment which will enhance the performance and reliability of its products.
Three new test benches have just been introduced, enabling the company to keep pace with the changing demands of the market and carry out exhaustive testing on a wide range of new products and technologies.
The equipment includes:
A PRESSURE PULSE FATIGUE TEST BENCH
Evaluating the performance of filter housings. The operating range for the tests is up to 700 bar with a frequency of 1Hz (1 cycle per second). The reference standard is:
A FLOW RATE TEST BENCH
Evaluating the collapse of fatigue strength in filter elements. This test enables the calculation of the remaining life of the element in percentage terms. The operating range of the new machine is 250 l/min at a maximum pressure of 200 bar. Its reference standards are:
A LABORATORY TEST BENCH
Specially designed to measure and evaluate wide ranging performance characteristics such as: temperature, flow rate, pressure, contamination level, conductivity, surface tension and more. The tests can be carried out with biodegradable HEES oil and with HLP hydraulic oil.

Despite the challenges of the global Covid crisis MP Filtri has retained its strong commitment to supporting communities in Africa, working alongside football giant Inter Milan FC to improve lives of young people through a series sporting and educational initiatives.
The company works closely with the Inter Campus Uganda project, offering its support to the St Joseph’s Primary School, Nagalama, and to the students, families, and local communities which all depend heavily on the school.
MP Filtri has just played a key part in helping to fund two major projects developed for the school.
The first, developed in partnership with Rotterdam’s Erasmus University, saw the launch of FAIR-PLAY (Football for Adolescents to Increase Resilience) – a sporting initiative aimed at enhancing the life skills, fitness and resilience of youngsters.
The second was the UEFA Foundation for Children’s African Black`n Blue project. MP Filtri provided extensive coaching skills which were delivered remotely with hardware and software systems funded by the company.
