MP Filtri’s exceptional customer service

MP Filtri’s CMP production team has won praise from a major customer for the speed and effectiveness of its recalibration services.

An unexpected power surge caused a problem with the display module on a ATEX version ICM product – Hazardous Environment Contamination Monitor – being fitted to a time sensitive customer application.

Thus causing the device to be returned for an URGENT inspection, system diagnosis and repair.

Within 24 hours, MP Filtri’s Product Engineering Manager Andy Mustoe and his team had pinpointed the issue. Replacing the damaged component and recalibrating the machine.

The product was then subsequently despatched back to Norway to customer Jon Thomas Bjelland of Hitec products.

Jon paid tribute to MP Filtri, saying:

“I want to take the opportunity to thank you very much for the great service and speedy assistance provided by MP Filtri on this case. The unit is back, mounted in the system and is functioning and everything is now ready for shipment of system.

The AZ2 product was a key component on an offshore system that had been designed and built by Hitec for a customer in North America.
