Industrialization Technician – Time & Methods
MP Filtri Spa is an Italian multinational company and a leader in hydraulic filtration (450 employees, 9 foreign subsidiaries, 5 production sites). Our company manufactures and markets a wide range of filters for hydraulic systems, as well as a complete line of components for power transmission systems and hydraulic power units.
For our Headquarters in Pessano con Bornago (MI), we are looking for a:
Industrialization Technician – Time & Methods
The selected candidate will join the Industrialization team with the objective of developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, quality, and safety, and reducing manufacturing costs. They will work both on the continuous improvement of existing processes (optimization, data analysis, waste reduction) and on the creation of new ones, assessing technical and economic feasibility and collaborating with different company departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study workflow processes, analyze data, define specifications, and design new processes;
- Support production departments in solving daily issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with procedures;
- Monitor and control production cycles, cycle times, and company KPIs through MES systems and Business Intelligence applications;
- Enter and update production routings in the company ERP system;
- Contribute to the definition and updating of industrial costs in collaboration with the Costing Department;
- Improve existing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality using Lean/Kaizen methodologies;
- Drive technological innovation by researching and applying new technologies and methodologies;
- Support the Information Systems Process Management team in the digitalization and interconnection of production processes.
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
- Technical Degree / Diploma and relevant work experience;
- Interest in Production organization and process efficiency;
- Good data analysis skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D;
- English language proficiency (minimum level B1);
- Knowledge of APQP and DMAIC methodologies will be considered a strong plus.
Working hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times; 1 day per week of remote working. We offer:
