Como \u00e9 fisicamente imposs\u00edvel atingir 100% de efici\u00eancia em qualquer sistema, algumas part\u00edculas sempre conseguir\u00e3o passar pela filtragem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma fonte de varia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na maioria das vezes, presume-se que a jusante de (ap\u00f3s a sa\u00edda de) qualquer filtragem e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o fluido est\u00e1 \u201climpo\u201d, mas pode n\u00e3o ser esse o caso. Como na maioria dos sistemas hidr\u00e1ulicos, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 baseada sobretudo em metal ou elast\u00f4mero\/ t\u00eaxtil. Com o tempo, e em rea\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es do fluido, tais como a temperatura, a press\u00e3o e a\u00a0 decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, esses materiais podem se tornar suscet\u00edveis \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e contaminar o sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A homogeneidade desempenha um papel significativo na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o precisa da contamina\u00e7\u00e3o em um sistema. Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o homog\u00eanea \u00e9 uniforme na sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o e as part\u00edculas est\u00e3o uniformemente distribu\u00eddas dentro dela. \u00c9 justo concluir que a maioria dos filtro (ISO 16889: 1999).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pr\u00f3pria classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Beta refere-se \u00e0 efici\u00eancia de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, contudo, deve sempre ser utilizada em conjunto com a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o absoluta para entender que contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser vista no sistema. Consulte a tabela abaixo para obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se voc\u00ea sabe as quantidades de part\u00edculas antes do filtro, com a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Beta acima voc\u00ea tem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de calcular e ter a previsibilidade das quantidades de part\u00edculas ap\u00f3s passar pelo filtro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por exemplo, 1000 part\u00edculas de determinado tamanho antes do filtro com classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Beta 20 (efici\u00eancia 95%) significa que 50 part\u00edculas passar\u00e1 e n\u00e3o ficar\u00e1 retido pelo mesmo filtro.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Beta n\u00e3o d\u00e1 nenhuma indica\u00e7\u00e3o quanto a capacidade de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de sujeira, nem leva em conta a estabilidade ou o desempenho ao longo do tempo. Tamb\u00e9m deve ser ressaltado que a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o em m\u00edcron ou em micra n\u00e3o significa que o filtro far\u00e1 a captura de todas as part\u00edculas maiores que este tamanho, principalmente devido as limita\u00e7\u00f5es como metrologia, tecnologia de materiais e implica\u00e7\u00f5es de custos. Quando o conte\u00fado de vapor aumenta a um ponto em que se condensa fora do fluido, isso \u00e9 denominado de\u00a0 &#8220;satura\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; ou &#8220;\u00e1gua livre&#8221;. Enquanto no estado vaporizado, a \u00e1gua encontra-se dissolvida e tem poucas consequ\u00eancias para o sistema. Uma vez saturada, a \u00e1gua passa \u00e0 forma de pequenas got\u00edculas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sistema saturado dar\u00e1 uma leitura de UR de 99%\/100%. De modo geral, uma leitura de UR de 30% a 70% \u00e9 t\u00edpica de um sistema hidr\u00e1ulico. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o na leitura a maioria das vezes est\u00e1 relacionada as mudan\u00e7as de temperatura ambiente. Voc\u00ea esperaria ver leituras de UR mais altas no inverno do que nos meses de ver\u00e3o, por exemplo. N\u00e3o existe essa coisa de pouca \u00e1gua em um sistema hidr\u00e1ulico. Dado o grande n\u00famero de fluidos dispon\u00edveis na ind\u00fastria, isso pode se tornar uma tarefa sem fim no laborat\u00f3rio. Tenha em considera\u00e7\u00e3o qualquer erro imprevis\u00edvel por altera\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do fluido no ambiente real, e voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 um problema bastante complexo para resolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sa\u00edda de UR%, por outro lado, n\u00e3o apresenta esse problema. Por ser uma medida em percentual de satura\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o precisa ser calibrado para fluidos espec\u00edficos, como partes por milh\u00e3o (ppm). O engenheiro instala um sensor de umidade em um sistema que cont\u00e9m o mesmo fluido e define um limite de alarme de 640ppm (80% UR). O processo \u00e9 iniciado e a leitura inicial do sensor corresponde a 400ppm (50% UR). Est\u00e1 tudo BEM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora vamos supor que as mudan\u00e7as em tempo real na composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do fluido devido ao desgate cause a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto de satura\u00e7\u00e3o para 420ppm, mas a leitura do sistema permanece em 400ppm. O operador continuar\u00e1 como \u00e9 normal e o alarme do limite superior de controle (640ppm) n\u00e3o foi alcan\u00e7ado. O que o operador n\u00e3o sabe \u00e9 que o sistema agora est\u00e1 funcionando com 95% de satura\u00e7\u00e3o, o que est\u00e1 perigosamente pr\u00f3ximo da \u00e1gua livre existente no processo e acima do limite de 80% definido no alarme. Lembre-se que para o sinal do alarme soar, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 que ter \u00e1gua livre no sistema! Este \u00e9 um processo fora de controle e a \u00fanica maneira de torn\u00e1-lo capaz, seria validar o ponto de satura\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras tomadas em intervalos definidos ao longo da vida do sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o engenheiro usando a Umidade Relativa UR% desde o in\u00edcio, para os mesmos dados acima, o alarme teria sido acionado quando o ponto de satura\u00e7\u00e3o tivesse baixado para 625ppm (100%). O limite de alarme permaneceria em 80% da UR, mas o valor em ppm equivalente agora seria de
