contaminanti da particolato, si raccomanda di adottare misure per garantire che il prodotto non sia esposto a fluido areato. La seguente lista ristretta di accorgimenti da evitare deve essere considerata per impianti nuovi ed esistenti se si vuole evitare fluido areato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>perdita di pressione significativa o improvvisa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shock idraulico dovuto all`azionamento improvviso di valvole e pompe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>condizioni di funzionamento inadeguate per vari tipi di pompe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insufficiente diffusione del fluido sul ritorno al serbatoio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 necessario prestare particolare attenzione nella sostituzione dei componenti del sistema. Se necessario\/possibile, pre-riempire i componenti con fluido nuovo filtrato prima di metterli sull`impianto. Non possono chiaramente rilevare aria in altre parti del sistema. \u00c8 certamente una buona pratica utilizzare questi dispositivi principalmente su sistemi chiusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nei sistemi con serbatoi aperti, spesso vengono utilizzati dei deflettori per permettere all`aria di diffondersi naturalmente nell`atmosfera circostante. Quando si utilizza questo tipo di sistema, \u00e8 essenziale mantenere il livello del serbatoio sufficientemente alto in modo che i deflettori possano essere efficaci. Quando il fluido ritorna al serbatoio, assicurarsi anche che il flusso venga diffuso in modo che non si verifichi uno scarico improvviso e violento. Quest`ultimo pu\u00f2 infatti trascinare aria nel sistema, e certamente non aiuter\u00e0 a rimuovere aria eventualmente gi\u00e0 intrappolata. Cercare di mantenere bassa la portata del ritorno al serbatoio e scaricare il fluido verso la superficie dello stesso per favorire la fuoriuscita di aria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per valutare la quantit\u00e0 di aria presente nel sistema, misurare il livello del fluido sia con serbatoio pressurizzato che non pressurizzato. Esistono dati ampiamente pubblicizzati sui dati validati e consigliati per questo tipo di componenti. Si trovano anche all`interno dei nostri manuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una delle cose principali che viene trascurata nel settore \u00e8 l\u2019indice di pulizia che stiamo cercando di controllare e misurare. Questo \u00e8 importante da considerare, in quanto pu\u00f2 cambiare il modo in cui si sceglie di utilizzare i dati per ottenere un quadro pi\u00f9 realistico delle condizioni del sistema nel tempo. Di seguito \u00e8 riportato un diagramma che mostra le dimensioni tipiche delle particelle che filtriamo ogni giorno e che misuriamo con gli APC rispetto agli oggetti comuni. Mette nella giusta prospettiva la sfida affrontata nella progettazione di un sistema. Eliminare tutti i contaminanti al di sotto di una certa dimensione\/soglia \u00e8 estremamente difficile se si considerano tutte le possibili fonti di contaminazione che circondano il sistema. Osservandone alcune, spesso \u00e8 possibile trarre conclusioni da dove il contaminante pu\u00f2 entrare nel sistema. Questi composti sono spesso insolubili e si depositano fuori dal fluido come gel o fango. La creazione di tali composti viene accelerata in presenza di acqua e metallo e quindi occorre fare attenzione nel rimuovere questi tipi di contaminanti dall`olio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In genere, quando un fluido \u00e8 contaminato, la sua viscosit\u00e0 aumenta, portando ad un attrito superiore al normale e ad un conseguente aumento della temperatura. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 ridurre l`efficienza del sistema, aumentare l`usura dei componenti ed influire sui rapporti di compressione. Quando un sistema funziona, viene generata della contaminazione che deve essere controllata. Poich\u00e9 \u00e8 fisicamente impossibile raggiungere il 100% di efficienza in un dato sistema, alcune particelle passeranno sempre attraverso la filtrazione. Questa \u00e8 una fonte di variazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il pi\u00f9 delle volte si presume che a valle di qualsiasi filtrazione e purificazione il fluido sia &#8220;pulito&#8221;, tuttavi questo potrebbe non essere il caso. Come nella maggior parte dei sistemi oleodinamici, la costruzione \u00e8 principalmente a base di metallo o elastomero \/ tessuto. Nel corso del tempo, e in reazione alle mutevoli condizioni dei fluidi come temperatura, pressione e decomposizione chimica, questi materiali possono diventare suscettibili alla corrosione e rilasciare contaminanti nel sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L`omogeneit\u00e0 gioca un ruolo significativo nella valutazione accurata della contaminazione in un sistema, in quanto una soluzione omogenea \u00e8 uniforme nella sua composizione e le particelle sono distribuite uniformemente al suo interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 giusto concludere affermando che la maggior parte dei sistemi del mondo reale sono eterogenei (composti in modo disomogeneo) e quindi quando si effettuano le misurazioni questo deve essere considerato come una variabile significativa tra un test e l`altro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fattori quali, ma non solo, la viscosit\u00e0, la temperatura, la conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica, la tensione superficiale possono contribuire negativamente alla qualit\u00e0 Esso deriva dal metodo MULTIPASS per la valutazione delle prestazioni di filtrazione (ISO 16889:1999).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il rapporto di filtrazione Beta stesso si riferisce all`efficienza di filtrazione, tuttavia dovrebbe sempre essere usato in collaborazione con la classificazione assoluta per capire quale contaminazione si pu\u00f2 rilevare nel sistema. Vedere la tabella sottostante per le linee guida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota la quantit\u00e0 di particelle a monte del filtro, dalle classificazioni sopra riportate si \u00e8 in grado di calcolare quante particelle appariranno sul lato a valle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per esempio, 1.000 particelle di una data dimensione a monte su un rapporto Beta di 20 (95% efficienza filtrante) significa che 50 di queste particelle non saranno rilevate dal filtro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il rapporto di filtrazione Beta non fornisce alcuna indicazione sulla capacit\u00e0 di trattenere lo sporco, n\u00e9 tiene conto della stabilit\u00e0 o delle prestazioni nel tempo. Va inoltre sottolineato che la classificazione in micron di un filtro potrebbe non catturare tutte le particelle di dimensioni superiori a tale dimensione nominale, principalmente a causa di limitazioni quali la metrologia, la tecnologia dei materiali e le implicazioni in termini di costi. L`efficienza \u00e8 inferiore rispetto ad essa o a quella di un filtro assoluto, quindi ci si aspetterebbe un tempo di pulizia pi\u00f9 lungo con questo tipo di elemento filtrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le valutazioni assolute danno la dimensione della particella pi\u00f9 grande che passer\u00e0 attraverso il filtro. Questo \u00e8 un mezzo molto pi\u00f9 affidabile per valutare l\u2019applicazione di un filtro, in quanto le sue prestazioni sono ripetibili nel tempo. Quando un APC misura un certo fluido, tipicamente \u00e8 solo il campionamento di una parte del volume totale del sistema, con chiaramente alcune fonti di errore per ogni risultato del test. Se a questo si aggiunge la variazione non quantificabile dell`omogeneit\u00e0 dei fluidi e di altri fattori, ci si rende subito conto come sia necessario un approccio pi\u00f9 statistico. Quando si esegue pi\u00f9 di un test al giorno, si consiglia di eseguire i test a intervalli regolari per dipingere un quadro il pi\u00f9 chiaro possibile di come il processo varia durante il giorno, e forse nel corso di una settimana o di un mese. La misurazione on-line significa che si vede il comportamento reale ed in tempo reale del sistema, mentre il campionamento off-line \u00e8 esposto ad una serie di variabili prima che il fluido passi attraverso l`APC. Questo pu\u00f2 portare a errori se non si fa attenzione. Ad esempio, la norma ISO 14 indica che nel vostro sistema sono presenti tra le 80 e le 160 particelle di una determinata dimensione. Se la concentrazione nel sistema passa a 161, l`APC emetter\u00e0 un risultato di ISO 15. Al contrario, se il conteggio scende a 79, il risultato sar\u00e0 ISO 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La domanda \u00e8: un cambiamento di un conteggio di particelle giustifica la decisione di agire o no sul sistema?<br>Ci\u00f2 che bisogna considerare \u00e8 a che punto l`effetto cumulativo fa la differenza nel funzionamento dell\u2019intero sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche se \u00e8 facile fissare arbitrariamente dei limiti, dobbiamo capire quanto siamo vicini a superarli. Normalmente producono risultati in formati standard internazionali (AS4059E, ecc.) e il pi\u00f9 delle volte i dati dei dispositivi possono essere memorizzati e recuperati per l`analisi continua dello stato di un sistema. Attualmente sono suddivise in due categorie distinte, portatili (o off line) e in linea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I contatori automatici di particelle esistono dagli anni `60. Il principio su cui operano si \u00e8 mantenuto vicino al loro concetto originale, ma nel corso del tempo sono stati sviluppati utilizzando diversi metodi come la tecnologia delle lenti o la fonte luminosa. Diverse sostanze, come l`aria, l`olio e l`acqua, hanno valori dielettrici specifici che consentono la calibrazione del sensore. Ad esempio, il valore del dielettrico dell`acqua \u00e8 80. Il valore del dielettrico per il sensore polimerico \u00e8 di circa 3. La variazione del dielettrico rilevato, permette di arrivare ad una cifra percentuale. Ad esempio, se il dielettrico \u00e8 45, allora l`UR% (Umidit\u00e0 Relativa in %) sar\u00e0 ~58%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 importante notare che tutti i sensori di umidit\u00e0 nell`olio sono a rischio di danni in caso di esposizione prolungata all`acqua presente in forma libera (acqua libera).&nbsp; Attualmente non esiste una tecnologia economica specifica per il rilevamento dell`umidit\u00e0 nei liquidi. Tuttavia, attraverso test e sviluppo, i sensori progettati per l`uso in aria possono essere adottati ed applicati. Si consiglia di applicare un adeguato pre-controllo quando si impostano i limiti di allarme per il contenuto di umidit\u00e0. Questo andr\u00e0 a beneficio sia del sensore che del sistema. In generale, una lettura dell`RH dal 30% al 70% \u00e8 tipica dei sistemi oleodinamici. La variazione di lettura pi\u00f9 spesso \u00e8 legata alle variazioni della temperatura ambiente. Ci si aspetta, ad esempio, di vedere letture di UR pi\u00f9 elevate in inverno che nei mesi estivi. Non esiste una situazione di &#8220;troppo poca acqua&#8221; in un sistema oleodinamico. In MP Filtri abbiamo scelto di standardizzare il valore RH%, in quanto questo fornisce il massimo grado di flessibilit\u00e0 e di servizio ai nostri clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per utilizzare con successo ppm su una vasta gamma di fluidi, \u00e8 necessario testare e convalidare una curva di saturazione per ogni particolare olio. Dato il gran numero di fluidi disponibili nel settore, questo pu\u00f2 diventare un compito infinito in laboratorio. Tenere conto di errori imprevedibili dovuti a cambiamenti nella chimica dei fluidi e nell`ambiente di lavoro porta ad un problema piuttosto complesso da risolvere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L`utilizzo di RH% d`altra parte non ha questo problema. Poich\u00e9 \u00e8 una misura della % di saturazione, non ha bisogno di essere calibrata per fluidi specifici come le parti per milione. L`ingegnere installa un sensore di umidit\u00e0 in un sistema contenente lo stesso fluido, e imposta un limite di allarme di 640 ppm (80% RH). Il processo viene messo in moto e la lettura iniziale del sensore \u00e8 di 400 ppm (50% RH). Tutto \u00e8 OK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supponiamo ora che le variazioni in tempo reale della composizione chimica del fluido dovute all`usura facciano s\u00ec che il punto di saturazione reale si riduca a 420 ppm, ma la lettura del sistema rimane a 400 ppm. L`operatore continuer\u00e0 come al solito e l`allarme del limite superiore di controllo (640 ppm) non viene raggiunto. Ci\u00f2 che l`operatore non sa \u00e8 che il sistema \u00e8 ora in funzione al 95% di saturazione che \u00e8 pericolosamente vicino all`acqua libera esistente nel processo e al di sopra della soglia dell`80% impostata nell`allarme. Considerate che per la segnalazione dell`allarme, dovreste avere l`acqua libera nel sistema! Si tratta di un processo fuori controllo e l`unico modo per renderlo possibile sarebbe quello di convalidare il punto di saturazione dei campioni prelevati ad intervalli prestabiliti per tutta la durata del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se l`ingegnere avesse utilizzato RH% fin dall`inizio e dato l`esempio di cui sopra, l`allarme si sarebbe alzato quando il punto di saturazione del fluido si era ridotto a 625 ppm (100%). Il limite di allarme rimarrebbe a 80%RH, ma il valore ppm equivalente sarebbe ora La pulizia accettabile, o il livello di umidit\u00e0 devono essere impostati ad valore ben al di sotto del limite superiore di controllo (allarme rosso) in modo che il sistema funzioni sempre nel modo previsto. Si raccomanda inoltre di utilizzare conteggi dettagliati quando si analizzano i dati, in quanto possono essere utilizzati in modo pi\u00f9 preciso e con maggiore flessibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando si analizzano i dati, si consiglia lavorare su almeno 4 deviazioni standard dalla media (allarme ambra) fornendo un intervallo di confidenza del 99,3% nella previsione del risultato successivo.
