Der LPA2 AVIATION EDITION<\/strong> ist ein exklusiv f\u00fcr die Luftfahrtindustrie entwickeltes Messger\u00e4t zur \u00dcberwachung der partikul\u00e4ren Feststoffverschmutzung (Fluidreinheit) in Luftfahrt-Hydraulikfluiden wie z.B. Skydrol\u00ae oder HyJet\u00ae. Das portable Messger\u00e4t besitzt eine Zulassung der Airbus SE und ist zur Durchf\u00fchrung von periodischen oder bedarfsgesteuerten Messungen an Flugzeugen im Rahmen vorgeschriebener \u201eGround Checks\u201c konzipiert (z.B. A-, C- oder D-Checks).<\/p>\n

Der Anschluss an das Hydrauliksystem eines zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfenden Luftfahrzeugs erfolgt \u00fcber spezielle, mit Druck beaufschlage Messanschl\u00fcsse (min. 2 bar). In Abh\u00e4ngigkeit vom Flugzeugtyp wird hierzu ein spezieller Adapter ben\u00f6tigt (im Lieferumfang enthalten). Ein im Ger\u00e4t integrierter Drucksensor \u00fcberwacht dabei die Einhaltung des zul\u00e4ssigen Betriebsdrucks. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen an das Ger\u00e4t die MP Filtri Proben-Sampler BS110 und BS500 angeschlossen werden, um Fluidproben auch abseits der Entnahmestelle, z.B. in einem Betriebslabor oder Messplatz, analysieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Der LPA2 AVIATION EDITION agiert dabei autark und kann vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcber sein hintergrundbeleuchtetes LCD-Display bedient und gesteuert werden. Die Anzeige und Analyse der Messdaten erfolgt dadurch direkt auf dem Ger\u00e4t. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen die Messungen an einen PC \u00fcbertragen und mit Hilfe der MP Filtri eigenen Software CMP View analysiert werden. F\u00fcr konventionelle Dokumentationskonzepte verf\u00fcgt das Ger\u00e4t zudem \u00fcber einen integrierten Thermodrucker, der das Ausdrucken aktueller oder gespeicherter Messungen erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n
