Das CML4 ist ein portables Serviceger\u00e4t<\/strong> zur \u00dcberwachung der partikul\u00e4ren Feststoffverschmutzung (Fluidreinheit) sowie der relativen Feuchte und Temperatur in Standard-Hydraulik- und Schmierfluiden. Als tragbare L\u00f6sung ist es zur Durchf\u00fchrung von Messungen an mehreren Mess-Stellen oder Maschinen konzipiert und eignet sich dadurch ideal zur periodischen oder bedarfsgesteuerten \u00dcberwachung eingesetzter Fluide. <\/p>\n

Die Fluidentnahme an einer zu \u00fcberwachenden Maschine erfolgt entweder an einem mit Druck beaufschlagen M16x2-Messanschluss (min. 2 bar) oder drucklos aus dem Tank. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen an das CML4 die MP Filtri Proben-Sampler BS110 und BS500 angeschlossen werden, um Fluidproben auch abseits der Entnahmestelle, z.B. in einem Servicest\u00fctzpunkt oder der betrieblichen Instandhaltung, analysieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Besonderes Merkmal des CML4 ist seine integrierte Motor-Pumpen-Einheit, die dem Ger\u00e4t ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Flexibilit\u00e4t beschert und es damit zum idealen Begleiter f\u00fcr den Service im Feld, in der Werkstatt oder im Rahmen der industriellen Instandhaltung macht.<\/p>\n

Dabei verf\u00fcgt das CML4 \u00fcber ein modernes Bedienkonzept und kann vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcber sein kontrastreiches 7\u201c Touch-Display bedient und gesteuert werden. Die Anzeige und Analyse der Messdaten erfolgt somit direkt auf dem Ger\u00e4t. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen die Messungen an einen PC \u00fcbertragen und mit Hilfe der MP Filtri eigenen Software CMP View analysiert werden. F\u00fcr konventionelle Dokumentationskonzepte kann das Ger\u00e4t mit einem optional erh\u00e4ltlichen Handheld-Bluetooth-Drucker gekoppelt werden, der das Ausdrucken aktueller Messungen erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n
