Dies ist jedoch nicht immer m\u00f6glich, und manchmal ist es erforderlich, das gesamte Hydrauliksystem nach der Endmontage einem Reinigungsprozess zu unterziehen, um den gew\u00fcnschten Reinheitsgrad bei der Auslieferung zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experten sch\u00e4tzen, dass 75 % der Ausf\u00e4lle von Hydraulikkomponenten und Hydrauliksystemen durch Verunreinigungen verursacht werden. Verunreinigungen f\u00fchren zu vorzeitigem Verschlei\u00df und Effizienzverlusten, was katastrophale Ausf\u00e4lle zur Folge haben kann. Typischerweise lassen sich Verunreinigungsquellen wie folgt charakterisieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-spacer stk-block-spacer stk--no-padding stk-block stk-84bc0a9\" data-block-id=\"84bc0a9\"><style>.stk-84bc0a9 {height:30px !important;}<\/style><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EINGEBAUT<\/strong><br>Unbeabsichtigte Verunreinigungen, die bei der Erstmontage oder beim Umbau eines Systems im System oder in einer Komponente zur\u00fcckbleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ENTSTANDEN<\/strong><br>Verunreinigungen, die w\u00e4hrend des Systembetriebs intern entstehen oder durch Verschlei\u00df, Korrosion, Bewegung, Oxidation oder Fl\u00fcssigkeitszerfall verursacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EINGEDRUNGEN<\/strong><br>Von au\u00dfen eingebrachte Verunreinigungen, die \u00fcber verschiedene \u00d6ffnungen wie Entl\u00fcftungs\u00f6ffnungen, verschlissene Zylinderdichtungen, unsachgem\u00e4\u00df abgedichtete Zugangsabdeckungen und andere in das System gelangen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Artikel in der PDF-Datei befasst sich mit eingebauten Verunreinigungen, insbesondere Partikelverunreinigungen, und der Reinigung des Systems nach der Endmontage. Zu den partikul\u00e4ren Verunreinigungen z\u00e4hlen typischerweise Schwei\u00dfspritzer, Staub, Fasern, Farbsplitter und andere unerw\u00fcnschte sowie potenziell abrasive Partikel.
