Es wurde entwickelt, um Probleme zu l\u00f6sen, die durch elektrische Aufladung im Inneren von Filtern entstehen &#8211; eine der Hauptursachen f\u00fcr elektrostatische Entladung. Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen kann nicht nur Sch\u00e4den an den Filterelementen, \u00d6len und den verschiedenen Komponenten des Kreislaufs verursachen, sondern in den schlimmsten F\u00e4llen auch zu Br\u00e4nden in Umgebungen f\u00fchren, in denen brennbare Materialien vorhanden sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Aufladung von Filtern ist auf statische Effekte zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, die auftreten, wenn zwei K\u00f6rper mit sehr unterschiedlicher Ladung in Kontakt kommen.<br>Der K\u00f6rper mit der h\u00f6heren Elektronegativit\u00e4t entzieht dem anderen K\u00f6rper Elektronen, wodurch sich eine negative Nettoladung aufbaut. Der andere K\u00f6rper wird in gleichem Ma\u00dfe, aber mit umgekehrtem Vorzeichen, aufgeladen, wodurch Potenzialunterschiede entstehen, die, wenn sie nicht abgeleitet werden, zu elektrostatischen Entladungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bew\u00e4ltigung dieses Problems war das Hauptziel, das zur Entwicklung des&nbsp;<strong>Zerospark <\/strong>f\u00fchrte. Durch das Ersetzen bestimmter isolierender Komponenten durch leitf\u00e4hige&nbsp;<strong>Zerospark<\/strong>-Versionen wird die Funktionsweise eines elektrischen Stromkreises im Filter selbst nachgebildet. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen sich die Ladungen auf dem Filtermedium frei in Richtung des Sammlers bewegen und werden zur Erde abgeleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Vorteile von\u00a0Zerospark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beseitigung des triboelektrischen Effekts in den Filterelementen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ableitung der angesammelten Ladungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hohe und dauerhafte Leistung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erh\u00f6hte Sicherheit und Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen zyklische Str\u00f6mungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimierung von Gewicht und Materialkosten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung f\u00fcr elektrische Energie der Universit\u00e4t Bologna, die einen hochmodernen Pr\u00fcfstand entwarf und baute, entwickelte MP Filtri <strong>Zerospark<\/strong>. Dieser Pr\u00fcfstand erm\u00f6glicht die Durchf\u00fchrung von Tests unter verschiedenen Durchfluss- und Temperaturbedingungen &#8211; sowohl f\u00fcr Leitungsfilter (z.B.
