We manufacture a range of electronic fluid analysis equipment and are currently recruiting a Compliance Officer.

 

Location:

 

Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire (Relocating to Evesham, Worcestershire - Quarter 2, 2022)

 

Reporting to:

 

Operations Director

 

Job specification

 

 

·       Inspection of goods in

 

·       Investigating quality concerns

 

·       Assisting the implementation of TQM system/processes within the department

 

·       Writing Non-Conformance Reports

 

·       Answering emails / supplying relevant documentation to customers

 

·       Creating Document Change Requests for changes to drawings

 

·       Communication between production, design and other team members

 

·       Control of calibrated equipment

 

·       Reviewing and updating risk assessments / COSHH assessments

 

·       Organising servicing of works-equipment

 

·       Testing of fire systems

 

·       Providing support or assisting in training for production / servicing when Managers / Team Leaders are absent

 

·       Reviewing internal audit findings and corrective actions

 

·       WEE Care reporting

Qualifications:

 

·       Working within a quality/inspection department for at least 2 years

 

·       Relevant Quality/inspection qualifications to degree level
